The ADVISORY Board members are:
experienced and highly-valued experts in various fields with relevant and unique experience and competences in different areas. Each individual committee of the Board consists of an odd number of experts
Solution Providers/ Partners
Solution providers and partners that are helpful in the Advisory Board activities and supporting/implementing the decisions made thereby. Advisory Board recommendations may lead to strategic partnerships and alliances that positively impact providers and partners.
The ADVISORY Board members are selected:
individually and exclusively under either successful previous experience or recommendation, taking into account the accumulated experience, achievements, reputation of each expert, and their ability to provide a valuable contribution to the new projects being implemented.
Industry Colleagues
Industry experts may also be influenced by Advisory Council recommendations if they identify industry trends. Industry committees and working groups may be established within the AB for every specific incoming project.

The Advisory Board reviews and outlines business strategies to realize incoming projects identifying their strong and weak points.
RISK
ASSESSMENT:
The Advisory Board members identify potential risks and challenges that MENA and GCC projects may face. They provide recommendations for mitigating these risks and making reasoned decisions.
DEFINING OPPORTUNITIES:
The Advisory Board members identify potential risks and challenges that MENA and GCC projects may face. They provide recommendations for mitigating these risks and making reasoned decisions.
EFFICIENCY EVALUATION:
The Advisory Board is involved in evaluating its efficiency in line with its goals and objectives for specific projects, providing feedback on areas to be improved.
TALENT AND LEADERSHIP:
The Advisory Board experts provide consultations on attracting talent to develop industry working groups while working on certain incoming projects
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
