Under the full course, the following lectures are held
(for 2 hours each)
1. The cross-cultural communication and its importance in the Middle East.
2. The Arab history, culture, traditions: historical overview and practical recommendations.
3. Principal rules of business etiquette in Arab countries: what is allowed, what is not permissible, what is permissible.
4. Influence of local political, religious, and economic realities on business.
5. Practical aspects of specific business in the Middle East and cross-cultural communication.
6. Local business concepts, Arab negotiating style, pragmatic sales.
7. The role of an interpreter communicating in the successful course of negotiations.
8. Foreign economic activity in the Middle East and North Africa: reference points and pitfalls.
9. Space programs and peaceful atom in the MENA region.
10. Artificial intelligence, e-government, Smart Cities: innovations as interaction points.
11. Negotiations preparing: ethnopsychology of Arab decision makers, timing of decisions.
12. Business mission as an efficient format for B2B meetings.
13. All aspects of the UAE labor and corporate law: visas, employment contracts, dispute settlement.
14. Relocation of the company and family members. Household issues: housing, transport, health insurance, schools and universities.
15. Wrong waste of a million for preparation and participation in an international exhibition.
16. Peculiarities and job search methods in the Gulf countries.
17. Women in the Middle East business: government officials, business owners, and top managers.
18. Rules in arranging business events: business lunch, networking, business dinner.
19. The language of doing business: corporate Arabic courses - pros and cons.
20. PR, advertising and media strategies, interaction with local, regional and international press.
21. The Ministry of Tolerance and the Ministry of Happiness: what is worth and what is not worth addressing the government bodies.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
• The lectures are held individually and for groups of 3 to 5 persons.
All the participants get Certificates of the course of lectures on cross-cultural communication in the Middle East countries.
 
From the proposed list of topics, every participant may choose 5, 10, 15, or listen to the full course of 22 lectures.

All the participants who have attended a course of 5 lectures are provided with a FREE Arabic language course from scratch for a period of 1 month.

2. Practical aspects of specific business in the Middle East and cross-cultural communication: rules of conduct, Arabic etiquette, what is good and what is bad in real life.
3. Meetings and negotiations: ethnopsychology of Arab decision makers, timing of decisions.
4. All aspects of the UAE labor law: visas, employment contracts, dispute settlement.
5. Relocation of the company and family members. Household issues: housing, transport, health insurance.
The result:
You will learn the way of life in the Arab countries, so as to avoid mistakes in meetings and negotiations, not to violate the generally accepted rules of conduct, to feel confident when participating in exhibitions in the UAE and Arab countries, and to know what and how to talk to your partners, customers and suppliers.
