RECRUITMENT: HOW DO WE WORK

AGREEMENT OF THE TERMS OF COOPERATION
We meet online, discuss the vacancy, create a portrait of the candidate, approve the job description to be sure that we are looking in the same direction.

SIGNING THE AGREEMENT AND ADVANCE PAYMENT
After signing the Agreement, an advance payment of 50% of the total cost of services must be made. The remaining 50% of the cost of services must be paid within 3 working days after the candidate leaves.

CLOSURE OF VACANCIES – from 2 weeks
Posting vacancies on relevant sites. Resume screening (up to 10 working days). Presentation of candidates. Organizing interviews with selected candidates. Selecting a candidate, signing the offer. Applying for a candidate to work for your company.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENT
The final payment for the cost of services is recalculated taking into account the signed offer and is made within three working days from the moment the candidate starts work. The cost of services includes a one-time free replacement of the candidate during the trial period.
