This new hire brought all the necessary skills and documentation for cargo transportation in the warehouse, quickly mastered the 1C system, and promptly began their duties. As a result, the client was able to swiftly deliver the required equipment to the site, prepare it for installation, and launch it according to the project timeline.

We also built the office team, selecting an HR Manager, an Accountant, and a Sales Manager. For the production site, we successfully placed Line Operators and a Mechanic. All employees completed their probationary periods and continued with the new company. Remarkably, we didn’t even need to provide the guaranteed candidate replacements that we typically offer to employers.
Project outcomes
Thanks to the efficient and high-quality work of Job for Arabists, the client successfully built a cohesive team in their new foreign division,
effectively tackling a substantial portion of the labor-intensive and often ambiguous tasks in a foreign country.
