2. Success fee: from 1,5 to 4 salaries depending on the position and industry can be paid monthly during two months after successful hiring.
3. In case of successful hiring and accepting the offer, the paid deposit mentioned in paragraph 1 is to be deducted from the total amount of the success fee.
